GENERAL INFORMATION

Coral Mania ships all over Australia, including to you. All orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post to ensure your order is delivered to you in the least amount of time as possible. Orders are send from Monday to Thursday. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail updating you that your ordered has been shipped. Please Note: We strongly encourage someone to be available on the day of delivery to prevent the aquatic life from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures.

SHIPPING COSTS & POLICIES

Shipping cost are as follows:-

• Flat $15 fee for all shipping (regardless of order size).
• Free shipping on all orders over $300!

Normally your order will be packed and shipped the next business day. You will receive your order 24 hours after it is shipped, aslong as you are within the Auspost Express post network. Please Note: If weather is above 35 degrees or below 20 degrees, we may ship on another day to ensure your order arrives alive.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EXPRESS POST NETWORK

We regularly ship over 2 days with an outstanding success rate. We will only ship corals to people outside the network on Monday - Wednesday to ensure that they do not end up in a depot over the weekend. If you do make an order and you are out of the Australia Post Next Day Delivery Network, be aware that the "Arrive Alive" policy is null and void.

HOW DO YOU PACK MY LIVE ORDERS FOR SHIPPING?

We care about our animals, and want them to arrive safely and alive. We pack all live orders by placing each specimen in double-bagged heavy mill plastic bags filled with appropriate amounts of water and oxygen. We then place the bags in a plastic lined Styrofoam container making sure they are packed securely, so they cant shift while in transit. Heat or cold packs are often used for temperature control. The packing slip will be inside the box with the details of your order.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER?

No. Our facility is not open to the public.
