Our facility maintains a specific gravity of 1.023 - 1.025 for corals and inverts at a water temperature of 24 degrees Celcius

What systems do you use at your facility?

Our own aquarium facility can offer the very best in cultured and wild coral. Our facility comprises of 5 independant systems. We use different sources of lighting on our systems including 250W Metal Halides (a mix of 10,00k & 20,000K Bulbs) and T5s (mix of actinic and 10,000K). Most importantly, we use natural water right from the ocean to promote the best growth possible.

What sort of quarantine procedures do you undertake?

All the corals offered in our online store receives the highest level of professional care and undergoes our extensive quarantine procedure. This includes dips ans quarantine tanks for 24 hours before corals are placed for sale and transfered to one of our systems.

Since Coral Mania does such a great job at quarantining, why should I quarantine my new arrivals?

Quarantining is a vital practice that should be employed by all aquarists. Similar to insurance, quarantining offers peace of mind and a means to prevent and treat illnesses without compromising the main aquarium system.

What are your payment options?

We offer 2 methods of payment at this time. PayPal and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT or Direct Debit). Using PayPal you can use visa, mastercard or american express credit cards. If you use EFT/Direct debit, we will not post your corals until the funds are cleared into our account.

Firsty, be aware that the Arrive Alive guarantee is not valid if you are outside the Auspost Express Post network. We regularly ship over 2 days with an excellent success rate. We will only ship livestock orders on Monday - Wednesday to ensure that they do not end up in the depot over the weekend.

Where are you located?.

We are located on the Gold Coast.

Photographs

We photograph all our corals underwater and under 20,000K metal halides lights. We then process them to look as close as possible to our corals. We do not saturate the colours or colour them in anyway. We pride ourselves on the fact that what you see in the picture is what you get!

No. We run a closed facility that is not opened to the public.
