We believe we have industry leading packaging and shipping procedures, so we have supplied the following livestock guarantee:

If your livestock does not arrive alive and live in a healthy established aquarium, we will gladly give you credit on the purchase price on the items you bought.

In the rare occurrence in which the livestock you ordered does not survive, please send us an email within 4 hours of delivery to orders@coralmania.com.au including the following:

• Your name
• Order #
• Coral name
• Photograph of affected item
• Any information on possible causes.

Coral Mania will not be held responsible for dead coral after it has been introduced to a new tank. Losses that appear to have died from trauma or bad water conditions will also not be covered. Depending on the severity of the loss, we reserve the right to request a water sample be sent within 24 hours to assure loss was not due to poor water conditions in the aquarium. Corals that have partly died are not covered.

Sometimes a coral will pale in color due to shipping stress. A full recovery is expected in 1 to 2 weeks in optimum conditions. This does not constitute a dead coral.

Please Note: This Guarantee applies only to orders within the Auspost Next Day Express Post Network - NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Live rock is not covered under this guarantee.
