We believe we have industry leading packaging and shipping procedures, so we have supplied the following livestock guarantee:

If your livestock does not arrive alive and live in a healthy established aquarium, we will gladly give you credit on the purchase price on the items you bought.

In the rare occurrence in which the livestock you ordered does not survive, please send us an email the day of delivery to orders@coralmania.com.au including the following: your name, order #, name and photograph of affected item and any information on possible causes. This is the first step to getting you a credit on your loss. We will contact you within 24 hours to help answer your questions and issue you with a credit.

Losses that appear to have died from trauma or bad water conditions will also not be covered. Depending on the severity of the loss, we reserve the right to request a water sample be sent within 24 hours to assure loss was not due to poor water conditions in the aquarium. Corals that have partly died are not covered. If however the coral continues to die over 5 days, they will be covered.

Please Note: This Guarantee applies only to orders within the next day Express Post network and orders that are received within 24 hours after order is shipped.
